"A New Alliance" is -not merely academic, it is a foundational high-level event series designed to formalize the bridge between the patriotic forces of Europe and the growing sovereigntist movements on the other side of the Atlantic. By hosting five strategic roundtables in key European capitals, we will move from theoretical cooperation to a practical geopolitical roadmap.

For decades, the globalist consensus has looked at the Americas with a mixture of condescension and indifference. They saw a region destined to be trapped in the totalitarian tide of the Forum of São Paulo and the Puebla Group. But most recently, and in a wave of historic proportions, the people of the Americas have risen to reclaim their dignity against the impoverishing projects of a very well organized socialist transatlantic apparatus.

Since the creation of Foro Madrid in 2020, we have been part of and celebrated a chronological march of freedom: from the large metro areas of the United States to the mountains of Bolivia to the pampas of Argentina; from the shores of Chile to the heart of Honduras. One by one, the dominoes of radical socialism have fallen. And as we look toward Peru, Colombia and Brazil, the polls tell us what the caviar socialist elites fear: that the spirit of liberty is contagious. This is why Saint John Paul II called Ibero-America the 'Continent of Hope.' That hope is no longer a distant prayer; it is a political reality that is now crossing the Atlantic to inspire us here in Europe.

But let us be clear: freedom is not maintained by rhetoric alone. It is maintained by the exercise of an articulated, well-oiled and consolidated alliance that will put sovereignty and freedom as its main principles.

The Americas have provided us with a masterclass in the restoration of order. We must look closely at the 'Shield of the Americas' initiative. Born from the US Government’s National Security Strategy this program has done what decades of 'diplomatic dialogue' failed to do. It recognized that narcotrafficking is not just a police problem; it is a civilizational threat.

By mobilizing the Armed Forces with a mandate of total victory, the 'Shield' has struck at the very head of the serpent. The capture of Nicolás Maduro, the leader of the 'Cartel de los Soles,' and the neutralization of the capo known as 'El Mencho' of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, are not just law enforcement wins. They are a message to the world: The West is no longer afraid to defend its citizens, and the presence of our dear and admired María Corina—whom we will have the pleasure of welcoming in Madrid—is an example of this.

Here in Europe, where our borders are treated as mere suggestions and our streets feel increasingly lawless, we must learn this lesson. Sovereignty without the will to enforce it, is only a ghost.

Now, look at our own continent. While the Americas reclaim their strength, Europe is being led into a dark, artificial winter.

We are caught in the geopolitical vice of the Russia-Ukraine war and the escalating military strikes between the U.S., Israel, and Iran. But our greatest wounds are self-inflicted. They come from the socialist plague that has infected the very heart of the European project.

Under the guise of the 'Green Pact' (Green Deal), they have declared war on our farmers, our industry, and our energy independence. They have replaced reality with gender ideology, and security with uncontrolled illegal immigration. The results are devastating: energy costs that crush the working class, a relentless deindustrialization that enriches our enemies in the East, and a demographic winter that threatens the very survival of our nations.

The radical left and those bureaucrats in Brussels seek to erase our history, our identity, and, ultimately, the very soul of Europe. They want a continent of consumers without roots, citizens without a homeland. They want a Europe that has forgotten how to say 'No' to its own destruction. We are here today because we refuse to let that happen.

So we ask the fundamental question: Can an alliance between Europe and the Americas solve this?

Our answer is yes, because our struggles are merely identical. When we at Fundación Disenso and the Patriots for Europe Foundation talk about a 'New Alliance,' we are talking about a transatlantic shield.

Imagine a coordination where the energy resources of the Americas fuel the reindustrialization of Europe. Imagine a security alliance where the tactics used to dismantle cartels in the Americas are applied to the human trafficking mafias in the Mediterranean. Imagine a political bloc in international forums where 30 sovereign nations stand as one to defend the sovereignty of the nation-state against the diktats of Brussels or the UN.

This is why we have invested so heavily in our 'Leaders of Ibero-America' program. We are not just building a network; we are building an officer corps for what can be a Great Restoration. We are ensuring that when our leaders take power—as they are doing now across the globe—they find a ready, unified front waiting for them on each side of the Atlantic.

In the history of our civilization, there are moments of retreat and moments of advance. For too long, we have been in retreat. But today, the tide has turned.

From the Andes to the Alps, the message is the same: We are still here. We still believe in our nations. We still believe in our principles. And we still have the courage to win.

Let this conference series be the first stone in the foundation of A New Alliance. Let us continue to build the Atlantic Bridge so strong that no globalist wind can shake it.
