Carlo Lottieri is an Italian political philosopher. He is Professor of Philosophy of Law at the Pegaso University (Naples) and Director of the Political Theory Department at the Bruno Leoni Institute. His work focuses on individual liberty, classical liberalism, and critiques of state centralisation.
