André Rougé is a French politician, Member of the European Parliament and member of the Rassemblement National. A member of the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Development, he is also the RN's national delegate for Overseas France and founder-chairman of Les Horaces, a circle of senior civil servants, politicians, businessmen and intellectuals providing expertise to Marine Le Pen, chairwoman of the RN group in the French National Assembly.
